Event summary:

The economic crisis has changed the project finance landscape significantly. Not only did it affect the availability of funds for new projects, but it also reduced the willingness of all stakeholders to take on new risks. International financial institutions have gained a new weight in co-financing projects, while the public sector has been feeling a renewed pressure to involve the private sector in infrastructure development. Despite the continued challenges in legal, financial and political matters, PPP’s have been a reliable, proven and stable revenue source for the private sector, and an effective vehicle of infrastructure delivery for the public sector.

So, what exactly does the new situation look like, and how can all the players in the market benefit from it? How can the private and the public sectors establish new, profitable and successful partnerships under the changed conditions? Join other public and private sector experts in thought-provoking sessions to help refine your strategy for this brave new world.
