Free Hot Air Balloon Rides June 25, 2005

Free Hot Air Balloon Rides: From 2-6 p.m., the city offers free rides on tethered hot air balloons ascending to heights of 200 feet. There will entertainment and free ice cream at each of six locations:

* Boston Common (at the parade grounds)
* Franklin Park?s Playsted, Roxbury
* Hunt-Almont Park in Mattapan
* West Roxbury High School on VFW Parkway
* Boston College Shea Field (formerly St. John?s Seminary) in Brighton
* Joseph P. Moakley Park in South Boston
