Phaedra Ledbetter Prepares a Japanese Bento Box--Phaedra Ledbetter will whip up the smells and tastes of her childhood growing up in Japan for our FRESH class. But she doesn't work on instinct alone. Phaedra is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology, a horticultural therapist who has worked with special needs children at Descanso Gardens , an interior designer, a food photography stylist and a poet. Add to that busy list of accomplishments, a loving husband and twin 3- year-old girls and you've got a gal who knows how to keep the balls in the air. Don't miss this great class!
