This month Sheffield GeekUp's lineup includes the following highlights:

Huddle facilitated by Ashley Moran: "Encouraging Agile Discipline"
- A discussion of ways to improve self-discipline among developers so a team is sufficiently self-organising to follow agile practices.

Lightning Talks by:
- Joe Pritchard: "Artifical Intelligence techniques applied to real-world problems"
- Stuart Grimshaw: "How not to completely suck at Mario Kart"

Keynote presentation and discussion:
- Steve Coast, founder of OpenStreetMap, on the collaborative mapping phenomenon.

Question Time:
- Our panel of guest contributors wrap up by offering their solutions, ideas and opinions to the current hot topics stirring geekdom. Bring out your issues and see what they have to say - add your question to the comments below.

What is GeekUp? GeekUp is a community of web designers, developers, and other tech-minded folk from the North. Our socials take place once a month in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and Sheffield, and are always a lively place to share ideas and spread a little knowledge.
