Trying to decide whether you should reduce waste or improve quality while reducing defects? Give yourself the power to do it all. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) incorporates Lean’s efficiency and impact with the variation reduction and organizational infrastructure of Six Sigma. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program at the University of St. Thomas will focus on combining the two into a single, seamless process that any organization can use to achieve rapid improvement.
