NITE SOUK promises to be a magical and eclectic event bringing together culture, street performers, and local goods. Inspired by night markets around the world, the bazaar will celebrate the community and embrace nighttime in Oakland. No need to travel across the globe to see and experience this popular phenomenon, it’s happening right here in Oakland.

Treat yourself to lively performances, creative trinkets, and local art. Be mesmerized by dazzling color and lights. The Museum of Children’s Art will host children’s art projects. Enjoy food from local restaurants such as Tamarindo, Jesso’s, Café 817, Breads of India, B Restaurant, and Levende. Our guests can participate in the Oakland Wish Tree, henna, and tarot readings. Guests are encouraged to attend in their cultural costumes.

Just steps away, the Old Oakland Outdoor Cinema Night will host “Little Miss Sunshine” on the big screen.

This event is produced by Devika’s Palacio, Entice, and Novometro in collaboration with Old Oakland Outdoor Cinema, Vision Hispana, and MOCHA.
