Piggley Winks and UNC-TV Celebrate Read Across America Day March 3, 2007

UNC-TV and Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks, the Emmy Award-winning PBS Kids series, are hosting a celebration of literacy and heritage at the Cameron Village Library. Children and grandparents are invited to a special storytime session featuring grandparents as guest readers and participate in fun activities. Piggley Winks, the star of Jakers! will make a very special guest appearance to meet and greet young fans.
