The Heathens of Comedy Showcase! July 18, 2007

In 2006, two Maryland/DC/Virginia comedians Brett the Irish Com'Mc and Tom Myers realized there were many comics in the area who were not getting a lot of non-open-mic work in the area. So they started putting together comedy shows with a group of comedic outcasts to give them a voice in a world where no one else would. After pulling out a Thesaurus looking for a cooler word for "outcast," they decided on "Heathen." Thus, the Heathens of Comedy was born.
