Hugh Wolff returns to Salt Lake to conduct what is often called the greatest of all cello concerti, Saint-Saens Cello Concerto No. 1 - a lyrically brilliant tour de force for guest Pieter Wispelwey. Also on the program are works by Beethoven and Ives.
